Do I need any technical skills to use Doopfy?
No. Our process is designed for beginners. You don’t need to know coding, design, or Shopify setup. You choose a demo, send your brand details, pay a one-time invoice, and we handle the full store build for you.
What exactly do I get with the one-time store build?
You receive a fully built Shopify store based on your chosen demo: branded homepage, core pages (About, Contact, FAQ, Policy templates), category and collection setup, product framework, essential apps, mobile optimization, and payment gateway setup support. Everything is structured so you can start selling as soon as you add your real products.
How long does it take to deliver my store?
Most projects are completed within 7–10 days after your payment and final confirmation. This includes setup, customization, testing, and final review. Large or highly customized requests may take slightly longer, but we always share clear timing before starting.
Can I request changes after the store is delivered?
Yes. Small adjustments can often be handled within the delivery process. If you need extra pages, advanced features, or redesign work later, we offer these as separate one-time services, so you stay in full control of your budget.
Do you provide products, suppliers, or marketing?
We focus on building your store. We can guide you toward trusted supplier options and give suggestions, but product sourcing and paid marketing campaigns are not included in the main package. These can be discussed as additional one-time services if needed.
Do I fully own the store after it’s built?

Is this a monthly service or subscription?
No. Doopfy follows a one-time payment model. You pay once for your store build. Any future work is handled as separate, clearly scoped one-time tasks.
What happens after I choose a demo store?
You submit your branding and requirements, we review everything, send a simple one-time invoice, and once paid, your project enters our build queue. From there, you’ll receive updates and your completed store within the agreed timeline.
Can I use the demo store on Shopify before paying?
Yes. You receive a full demo preview that shows the layout, structure, and niche design. This helps you understand exactly what your real store will look like. The final store build begins only after your one-time payment is confirmed.
Will my Shopify store look exactly like the demo?
Your store will follow the same structure and layout as the selected demo, but it will be fully customized with your brand colors, logo, categories, collections, and preferred features. The end result is a store that feels unique to your brand while keeping the proven design foundation.
Do you provide hosting or do I pay Shopify separately?
Shopify handles all hosting. You will need an active Shopify plan to run your store. We guide you through selecting the right plan, but your Shopify subscription is separate from Doopfy’s one-time service fee.
What if I don’t have a brand name or logo yet?
No problem — many clients start the process with only an idea. We can help generate brand name options and create a simple, clean logo as an optional one-time add-on, so your store looks professional from day one.
