Demo stores displayed on Doopfy are for preview and inspiration purposes only.

• Demo stores are not active businesses

• Products, images, and content may be placeholders

• Final stores are customized after payment

Doopfy does not guarantee sales, profits, or business success.

🔹 4. Payments & Pricing

• All services are charged as one-time fees

• No subscriptions or recurring charges

• Payment must be completed before project work begins

• Prices may vary based on customization requirements

All payments are non-refundable once work has started.

🔹 5. Delivery Timeline

Typical delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on:

• Selected niche

• Customization scope

• Client responsiveness

Delays caused by incomplete information or late responses are not the responsibility of Doopfy.

Clients agree to provide:

• Logos, colors, and content (if available)

Failure to provide required information may delay project completion.

• Initial build follows the selected demo structure

• Minor revisions may be included at Doopfy’s discretion

Upon full payment:

• Clients receive full ownership of their Shopify store

• Doopfy retains no ownership over client stores

• Demo store designs remain Doopfy’s intellectual property

Clients are responsible for ensuring legal compliance of their business content.

Doopfy may integrate or recommend third-party tools including:

• Shopify platform

• Apps or plugins

• Payment gateways

Doopfy is not responsible for third-party service performance, fees, or policy changes.

🔹 10. Limitation of Liability

Doopfy shall not be liable for:

• Business losses

• Revenue or profit expectations

• Technical issues beyond our control

• Shopify platform changes

Use of our services is at your own risk.

Any completed work up to termination remains payable.
